What do you like most?
I would like to point out that this is a friendly and professional team that is fully prepared to help solve such problems as: 1. Centralized control of a hotel room from a TV or guest's mobile phone. 2. Convenient and intuitive interface for guests. 3. Reduced workload for hotel staff. 4. Significant increase in the number of users of various hotel services 5. Convenient centralized management of digital services for organizing various events at the hotel.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
This vendor is very flexible. We integrated various systems. I received no refusal when I needed to develop and implement various modules during the hotel integration process. The Hoteza team handled the challenges collaboratively, and the clients were satisfied. I believe that Hoteza is moving in the right direction and everything will fall into place over time.
