What do you like most?
We have been using HiJiffy for almost a year now in our hotel business and we are very satisfied with the tool, so much so that we have recommended it to colleagues in the industry. We have opted for the premium plan and couldn't be happier with the level of support we have received, with special mention for the help from Rita, who always responds in an efficient and professional manner.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
However, we have noticed the lack of a customer support phone that could be useful in specific situations. Although the HiJiffy team is very fluent in Spanish and English, sometimes we would prefer to be able to resolve certain queries more quickly with a Spanish-speaking agent, especially when it comes to language nuances that could complicate communication. In short, HiJiffy is a formidable tool for hotel communications management, but would benefit even more from improved direct access to telephone support for specific cases.
