What do you like most?
I like the categorization of multiple tasks through a simple to understand UI. As well as the user friendly dashboard and time analytics.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think small customization details such as alert sounds to choose from or data alert reminders incase a ticket is not actioned within a certain time limit. This may help teams meet/ achieve/ maintain certain standards such as LQA or Forbes. Additionally insight and analytics of performance may be useful to departments to track reporting and insure streamline operations.
