What do you like most?
Has improved since it first started. Communicating important information about guest experience and requests. Enables Maintenance, Housekeeping, Management and FRONT DESK to have knowledge of guest concerns.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Ability to put out of order in housekeeping on lodgistics and connect to PEP so it does not have to be done twice. Please change the way the time and date shows on each entry if a different day and have the day of the week there too. If it was possible to have the Hotel log recognize a maintenance issue and automatically make a maintenance ticket for it. so that that does not have to be entered on maintenance log too it will automatically be entered when written on Hotel Log too. Rather than requiring making a ticket on hotel log for maintenance. When logging into Computer or rather PEP automatically, that Lodgistics can be logged in too Automatically for that associate, if that is not asking too much... that would save so much time at the computer and available time to pay attention to guests needs efficiently and efficiently log entries at a faster pace.
