What do you like most?

What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Greater proactivity in recommendations: While the support is excellent, it would be helpful to receive more automated suggestions or regular insights to help us identify features we aren't yet fully utilizing. Evolution of reporting: Some reports could be more intuitive or customizable, especially for revenue teams working with multiple hotels who need quick access to information.
