What do you like most?
With Hireology I am able to track all of my candidates from the various recruiting websites and see all the candidates in one spot. With their screening tools I am able to pick out the candidate that has the most potential to be a good fit for the position. I have a better turn out and response rate for candidates that I have considered, and I have had a better quality of candidates who shows up to the interview. The candidates that i have hired have become invaluable assests to my property
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It could be helpful to have better tracking to see what you have done with a candidate. If there was a way to delineate between candidates who have gotten a voicemail, who may have wanted to schedule a follow up call before setting up an interview, a way to see who may not have valid contact information. Something better than going through the notes on the profile.
