What do you like most?
Working with Bbot has been great both as a solution provider and an innovation parter. Throughout the organization, the team works to stay customer focused and adaptable - helping us meet and exceed our customer’s expectations. And, in a highly competitive space, they helped us integrate a differentiated solution through a partnership mindset and a “ why not” attitude!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Bbot is scrappy and focused on finding and reading a model that meets its customers’ needs quickly. Sometimes the MVP is not perfect but they get you started and evolve along the way. Some may say this is challenging but I think helps gain perspective and speed for scale and ultimately a better product.
