What do you like most?
The duve team is super open minded for new changes and are doing every effort possible to get our flow to fit in and work. We love the concept of Duve and we feel they are a MUST product for the new generation of hotels.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Would be great if we could receive WhatsApp messages from outside guests also into Duve. To make it a CRM for our sales department as well. They have everything needed except this feature.
