What do you like most?
Christy and Greg, and all the installers!, are extremely attentive, helpful and just all-around fantastic partners who understand our business and brand/legal requirements. The entire team has been a pleasure to work with. One of our General Managers complimented the installer/trainer saying he was the best installer they have ever had for any system or product they have installed over the course of their career, citing his professionalism, helpfulness and knowledge. The Director of Rooms at another property of ours sent a formal note to Assa Abloy to commend their installer/trainer (different person than in my previous example). Christy and Greg have been great to work with from the corporate office side as well and have helped to make the rollout of the associate alert devices smooth across our portfolio - various brands and some properties with legal requirements to implement. The product itself is great - very easy for our team members to understand and use. We love that the Assa Abloy system has geo-location but doesn't track team members until the button is pressed. The user portal is very helpful and easy to navigate. It's easy to manage the devices and tech. Alerts and escalations are easy to set up, and the Assa Abloy team also provided great training and shared their expertise and best practices. In each project they did a great job explaining the system and the technology to our property team members and ensured everyone had the information and support they needed to feel comfortable rolling this out to our teams. Pricing-wise they were competitive and offered a variety of solutions to help us choose the right product and installation package for our properties and our budgets.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Like I stated above, they truly have been a great partner, and I can think of nothing to improve. I would highly recommend Assa Abloy associate alert devices and their entire system to anyone looking to implement this type of device/system at their property. I know our team members are happy we have rolled this out for their safety and security, as well as that of our guests. Thank you!
