What do you like most?
It is relatively easy to use and the reports are sufficient. It keeps track of employee punches and helps ease payroll processing.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Communication to Timesaver/ADP is difficult at times. When we have an issue and call Timesaver, we are frequently referred to ADP. ADP often refers us back to Timesaver. I wish there was more cohesion between the two systems. Overall, I feel like Timesaver is outdated. I have seen other timekeeping systems which include a management oversight area. The latest version of Kronos have really good checks and balances for the manager to review and sign off on hours.
