What do you like most?
Our hotel guests can easily and quickly ask a question and get an immediate response from our team. As we continue to navigate COVID-19 our guests want less interaction with staff so this provides an excellent option.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I believe I am getting more than I ever thought I would from this program. It goes well beyond meeting our expectations
