What do you like most?
We’ve been using ResNexus for our campground since we bought it 3 years ago and for the first couple of years I was really impressed with the customer service and was constantly telling other campground owners how great it was. But lately it seems I cannot get help - or even a response - when I run into problems. And the problems seem to be more frequent (mostly related to Direct Connect) and I’m left to figure it out in my own.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would love to be able to count on getting help when I need it (now). Instead I have to send an email and wait for a solution. Often, lately, I never get a response.

Karen, Thanks for leaving us your feedback. We assign two dedicated support specialists to each account. If for some reason they are not able to respond in a timely matter we also provide a support number to call into general support. If that does not work you may go into your settings and go to the support side tab and click the "How are we doing?" section and click unsatisfied to escalate any concern to our escalation team. We have been having unusually high call volumes this month and apologize that you have been running into problems recently.
