What do you like most?
Mara solutions reply generator is very user friendly. It's very helpful to answer reviews quickly. Mara solutions reads the review and transform it on topics to better understand it and suggest an answer using natural language or more formal language.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Integration with more selling or revenue management platforms could be nice. Nowadays analyzing reviews and rating them it's used as a measure to the revenue management.
