What do you like most?
Reporting, system is user friendly, ability to scan documents. Prepaid invoice feature streamline amortizations. Payment wizard and export of checks.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Credit card refunds . M3 does not have the ability to process credit memos directly to card. Currently must apply credit memos or refund to an open existing invoice in effort to process.
