What do you like most?
Concierge Organizer has become the backbone of our concierge desk. Every guest request, booking and follow-up is centralised in one place, so nothing gets lost between shifts and the whole team works from the same information. The shared address book and guest history allow us to personalise each stay and anticipate preferences, which our guests clearly notice. The interface is intuitive, new team members get up to speed quickly, and the support team is responsive and genuinely understands the reality of luxury hospitality.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The product itself is not the issue: what should improve is its exposure. Hotel groups should finally take the time to look closely at Concierge Organizer and roll it out more widely, instead of imposing tools that are completely unsuited to our daily work. Concierge Organizer is an operational tool, designed by operational people, not a marketing gadget. Teams on the ground deserve to work with it without living under the threat of being forced onto something that does not fit their reality.
