What do you like most?
I get all my information at a glance, have a professional formulation I can rely on, and know that I won't have to start from scratch next time. This makes communication much easier in general and is especially helpful for employees who aren't very proficient in German.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
When there is more than one hotel in the group, information sometimes gets mixed up, so it's necessary to double-check that no incorrect information is being transmitted.
