What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be helpful to have an enhanced action-tracking feature that allows departments to assign responsibility for recurring guest concerns, set deadlines for corrective actions, and monitor improvements in guest satisfaction scores. This would help us connect guest feedback directly to departmental action plans and measure the impact of improvements over time.
