What do you like most?
We're pretty much at the early stages of usage, but it's extremely useful to keep the reactive maintenance on track.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I feel that the platform would improve immensely if we could define which users are the technicians in order to be able to automate who responds to what. An intermediary access level should be created, like supervisor, for instance, which would give access to all tasks and scheduled actions inserted in the platform by the admins, but without the editing tools of the admin console. The platform should advance in a direction where the collected data from checklists, along with the Asset module, can help engineers and technicians identify recurrent breakdowns and even troubleshoot the issues. That would be an extraordinary feature. When a task is marked as finished (Green), we should be able to give feedback via simple tasks, since reporting is important. For instance, if the technician responds to an A/C malfunction request, we could have tags for feedback like "Control PCB was replaced" or "Gas was refilled". Of course this could be developed in time to a much more precise and comprehensive system, but everything needs a beginning. Overall I feel that the platform has a lot of potential and the team behind it is great.
