What do you like most?
To control the status of the room, i.e. ready, clean, in progress, ready but not inspected, ready but with work for maintenance to finish. Control when you have made the trace (for maintenance) and to see the progress of the trace. Plan of traces you need to do in a room. See photos from the traces. In general it gives us a good control of the status and work at the rooms and the hotel general. Easy to look at the work load the workers have and the general time aspect it takes.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Easier way of looking at traces we have made for housekeeping department and the status. It seems like in our case it's very difficult to see the traces that has been done and control it.
