What do you like most?
I like eTip because it is very easy to use. The website is very easy to navigate. It is very easy to assign tips for each housekeeper.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be great to have an option in the app that allows users to change their payment method. My housekeepers ask me quite often how they can change it.

Thanks! Yes, if they click 'Get Paid Now" they'll see their current payment method. They can then click the 3 dots next to it to edit/delete/add a new one!
