What do you like most?
What I like most about E-Tip is how easy and convenient it makes the tipping process for our guests while providing a meaningful benefit to our team members. The platform is user-friendly, supports recognition of great service, and helps improve the overall team member experience.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One area for improvement would be expanding reporting and analytics to provide better visibility into tipping trends, team member participation, and overall usage. Having easier access to these insights would help us better measure the program’s impact and identify opportunities to increase participation and engagement.
