A very easy to use system for managing and responding to reviews. We use to quickly and directly replying to our valued guests in their native language.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Responses written in a language we do not understand ourselves should have a screen in English directly next or under the native language response to check if we're not writing rubbish.
