What do you like most?
Scalability. I can add or drop business units without encumbering the asset to long term agreements. We currently have 49 hotels, but we've had as many as 60, and as few as 31 during our time with M3. Never an issue.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Scalability is terrific, particularly for a growing company where we both own, manage, develop and third-party manage. The new pricing structure was a bit of a challenge for a legacy customer like us, but I understand.
