What do you like most?
An automated system that allows sending automatic messages for pickups based on criteria. Allows the customer to check-in in advance, pay, and register. Allows the customer and the hostel staff to correspond on a variety of platforms.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The system interfaces with the Optima system. A two-way online interface. It is recommended to introduce more automation that fixes the interface if a fault is detected.
