What do you like most?
The prestay emails, which direct guests to online check-in, then integrate with the MEWS Kiosk for easy guest check-in upon arrival (at our outdoor kiosk and reception kiosk) via the sent QR code or booking number. The automated billing of bookings via Stripe is very convenient. The interaction between the PMS and the individual modules (interfaces) to MEWS POS, channel manager, and payment system (Stripe) is seamless.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Areas for improvement include: - Enabling invoice splitting (item and payment splitting), - Reporting to the State Statistical Office. The lists for accounting could be simplified (according to the tax office).
