What do you like most?
I loved Ravi's service. He resolved my issue, and the wait time was short. I highly recommend SiteMinder; their tools are excellent, and their customer service is top-notch.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Everything seems fine to me. The only thing I would change is the payment verification process, to avoid application suspension and delays to our operations. That's the only thing I would change, since that was the problem I had with my hosting. Because I didn't verify payments, I was blocked. I received a reservation on my website over the weekend and couldn't verify either the booking or the payment.
