What do you like most?
Since launching Stay Golden Rewards across the Meritage Collection, Laasie has been an outstanding partner in helping us build a modern loyalty program focused on recognition and guest experiences rather than traditional points. Their team has been collaborative, responsive, and genuinely invested in our success, often working alongside us to enhance reporting and introduce new capabilities based on our feedback. The platform has allowed us to rapidly grow our membership base while driving measurable business results, including increased direct bookings, higher guest lifetime value, lower cancellation rates, and stronger guest engagement with on property rewards. We also appreciate the flexibility to continually evolve the program through personalized rewards, member offers, and lifecycle marketing.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One of the biggest opportunities is continuing to expand reporting and analytics. The platform has made significant progress, particularly with new reporting around member rate production, cross property bookings, and enrollment attribution, but additional executive dashboards, deeper property level insights, and more customizable reporting would provide even greater value for hotel operators. As the platform continues to mature, we'd also like to see additional integrations that connect loyalty behavior with CRM, revenue management, and guest experience systems to provide an even more complete view of the member journey.
