What do you like most?
Providing tipping opportunities for employees helps improve employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention. The credit card authorization tool is also an excellent resource that makes the payment process easier and more secure. Additionally, driving upselling opportunities is a great way to increase hotel revenue while maximizing the guest experience.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think all the tools we are currently using are good, user-friendly, and helpful. If I come across anything that could be improved or if I have any additional suggestions, I will be happy to share them. For now, everything is working well.
