What do you like most?
I've been working with Hotel Speaker for 2 years and my experience couldn't be better. I haven't had any problems whatsoever during this whole time. They respond to reviews very quickly and always tailor each response to what I'm looking for. It gives me the peace of mind of being able to review, edit, or expand any response if I consider it necessary. The staff are wonderful, they respond extremely quickly, and the value for money is unbeatable. I fully recommend their services to any hotel establishment.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
As a suggestion for continuous improvement, I would like them to keep expanding the direct integration options, or add a panel with even more detailed visual statistics to analyze the sentiment trend of the reviews month by month.
