What do you like most?
We really enjoy working with the software; it's incredibly helpful, looks great, and all employee documents are always readily available without having to search for them. We highly recommend it.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
A major wish of ours would be if onboard could also be used as "job rotation" software. This would cover all areas for employees.
