What do you like most?
We use HOTELTIME across our portfolio of 16 hotels in Prague, and its biggest advantage for us is having reservations, room availability, guest information and billing together in one system. Our reception and reservations teams rely on it every day to manage bookings and keep track of what is happening at each property. From an operations and reservations management perspective, using the same system across the group makes it easier to work with different hotels and support their teams. Our properties vary in size, so having a consistent system and familiar workflows is particularly useful when moving between them. HOTELTIME plays a central role in our daily operations, from handling reservations before arrival to managing guests during their stay and completing the billing process.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The main area for improvement would be managing multiple properties more efficiently. We operate a chain of 16 hotels, and many of the changes we make are the same across the whole group. Currently, we often have to open each hotel separately and enter the same update repeatedly. This takes a considerable amount of time and increases the risk of overlooking a property or entering something differently. A central administration feature would be very helpful, allowing us to make a change once and apply it to selected hotels or the entire portfolio. It should also allow individual hotels to keep their own settings where needed, as not every change applies to every property. A clear overview showing which hotels have received an update and which still need attention would make this even more useful. These improvements would save time and help us maintain consistent settings across the group.
