What do you like most?
I love the ROHBot! It saves me so much time when using the build a booking feature. Along with the auto invoice feature it is easily the best feature which allows me to focus on other tasks while it sends the payment invoices directly to the client. The user interface is so easy to operate and navigate as well.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
While ROH exceeds all of my expectations with regards to user interface and ease of use, my only requests would be to get status updates on the whether the agreement was delivered successfully as well as viewed/opened by the recipient. This would let me know if there would need to be any additionally communication needed on my end to ensure a seamless process for the client.
