What do you like most?
I've used M3 at other hotel properties but the latest version is by far the easiest, user friendly version. I've never had issues navigating the software. The ease of utilizing each tool freely and not having to backtrack in order to get to the right tool or function is a blessing many take for granted. Regardless, I appreciate that there are multiple ways to get into the appropriate screen or function without needlessly cycling through the entire site.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
My only suggestion would be to be able to deactivate employees with discrepant punches from previous, closed pay cycles. I have a few that are still present in my active list but I can not seem to rid them from the truly active list so it makes navigating cumbersome at best. Aside from this small complaint, everything else runs smoothly and I can not think of anything else that truly needs improvement. Thank you.
