What do you like most?
Communication is extremely clear and efficient with the team. They are patient and quickly support any questions or queries that I might have. They are able to offer recommendations and guidance in terms of new ideas and new campaigns, and how to best implement them. They are constantly optimizing processes to better target specific markets and improve conversion.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
A more clear breakdown of budget allocation (forecast). History of previous actions / ads / campaigns. Access to campaign assets live, for more efficient amendment of the texts (when needed) or easy overview of campaigns that might need updating in terms of imagery and video.
