see an increase in communication flow between the different departments of the Hotel
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sorting tool to check on issues more quickly. ability to look just at active items not scroll thru resolved issues - still want to be able to check resolved issues or status updates if a guest asks questions. note: I am self taught on this. I work overnight usually alone. these may be in place and I just haven't been able to figure them out.
