What do you like most?
The digital guest directory gives our guests more comfort, service and performance. Since we are an apartment rental, we don't have many points of contact with the guests and the tablets always give us the opportunity to be in contact with the guests with the chat function. The guests can express their wishes, book extra services, have recommendations for restaurants, sights etc. and all operating instructions are packed here. The guest AZ has switched from paper to digital and of course that is very environmentally friendly and hygienic even in times of Corona.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Due to Corona there were some delays in delivery. As a suggestion, there should be an FAQ where I can look up how I care for something. Otherwise we are very satisfied with the service.
