What do you like most?
I like Mara because it is very easy to use and allows me to write and send responses quickly. It saves me valuable time, improves my response efficiency, and helps me address guest feedback in a timely manner. It also helps identify areas of the property that require more attention and improvement.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like to see Mara integrated with our IQware property management system and expanded to support additional OTAs, such as Airbnb. This would streamline our workflow, reduce manual tasks, and allow us to manage and respond to guest feedback more efficiently across all platforms.
