What do you like most?
Easy and intuitive. Good support, who 99% answers quickly and help you for real. Easy integration with OTA and good way of keeping tracks of it.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Only few things need really to be improved: 1) APP... not having an App that can help you keeping tracks of booking on a phone is very limiting 2) Sometimes it misses a bit of flexibility in showing details of companies, for example VAT is only set for European standards, there is a now space to add TIN number or a second email.
