Mews is user friendly and automated. It brings reservations, payments, guest information and daily operations together in one system, which reduces manual work and allows the team to spend more time focusing on the guest experience.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Making some of the more advanced features and settings even more intuitive for new users. A more guided onboarding experience or clearer in-app tips could make it easier for new team members to become confident with the system quickly.
