What do you like most?
We are very pleased with the Pre-Stay Letter - that guests can personalize their stay in advance, WhatsApp option, and the support team from Smart Host.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Doorbell when a WhatsApp message comes in and that we could customize certain points/pages in the Pre-Stay Letter ourselves. Often, we only need to contact the support team for small issues.
