What do you like most?
What works really well is the guest app and the messaging software. We have clear insight in the upsell management and how many upsells are sold through duve.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Definitely the connection with META, have been spending over 5 months now trying to get our WhatsApp verification and it still does not run smoothly. Some feature requests are incredibly important for us but do not get implemented. This I think can certainly be improved upon.
