I love how fast, easy and consolidating Alice is. It's a one stop shop for communication and hotel management. I highly recommend Alice!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I love Alice just the way it is. It has every component needed to run a successful shift. Especially communication wise. The ease of use is true to form and if I ever need assistance, customer support is right there to handle whatever it is I need help with. Alice is great with other things like operations, onboarding, organizing and other crucial elements that make this app a must have for any hotel structure. This app is guaranteed to alleviate the painful headaches and tedious storage of paperwork. Which leads to the next thing Alice is great for the environment! I cannot say enough how vital it is that any hotel company, incorporate this fantastic application into their daily hotel operating structure. The benefits so outweigh the cost!
