What do you like most?
Everything you need is in front of you, there's not too many screens you have to navigate to get what you need. Over the past few years things have gotten better with the program, the all in one with messaging and room assignments is a plus.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
For the most part ALICE has worked pretty well, the communication with other apps like Opera could be better, the biggest complaints I've heard has been communication with other programs, and it should be easier to report an issue with ALICE.
