It provides a convenient way to communicate between housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk staff, track tasks, and stay on top of operational needs. Having information accessible in one place helps improve accountability, organization, and overall communication throughout the hotel.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think Actabl could improve its overall ease of use and system responsiveness. Some workflows could be more intuitive, with fewer steps required to complete everyday tasks. I would also like to see improvements in reporting capabilities and better customization options. Making the system more streamlined and user-friendly would help managers and staff work more efficiently, especially during busy shifts.
