What do you like most?
This system offers us an outstanding, well-thought-out overall concept for the entire employee lifecycle. A huge milestone in our daily work is the integrated consideration of data retention periods, which guarantees us absolute legal compliance with regard to the GDPR. The open feedback culture is unique: Our own practical suggestions for improvement are taken seriously and directly incorporated into the continuous development and modern system design. The straightforward provision of test access beforehand made getting started extremely easy.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
From our side, there is absolutely nothing to complain about. The software runs flawlessly, the communication is reliable, and the tool is developing exactly in the direction we need for our daily work.
