What do you like most?
In my opinion, the major advantage is that the system is very simply structured, which allows employees (both at the front desk as well as in housekeeping or the kitchen) to be trained quickly and efficiently. Even employees who do not work with it on a daily basis (HR: reserving rooms; registering employees) can use the system intuitively.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Mews University could be tailored a bit more specifically to individual companies so that it can be used even more effectively.
