What do you like most?
M1 Intel has been a great tool for high-level sales tracking. The platform is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate, which makes it simple to quickly understand how the sales team is progressing. I primarily use it to monitor pipeline activity and overall performance, and it gives me clear visibility without overcomplicating the data. It’s especially helpful from a leadership perspective because I can easily see what’s in the pipeline and where we stand at any given time. If you’re looking for a straightforward, user-friendly system to track sales progress at a high level, M1 Intel delivers exactly that.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
An area of opportunity is on the catering side. Adding a more detailed catering layout or expanded functionality in that area would help make it a more complete, all-in-one sales CRM. While there are other tools that can complement this feature, having it fully integrated would strengthen the platform even further. That said, the team behind M1 Intel has been great to work with. They’re responsive, open to feedback, and actively working on improvements and new additions, which gives me confidence in the platform’s continued growth.
