What do you like most?
We have been using both HotelTime and Libero at Absolutum Wellness Hotel and we are extremely satisfied. The systems are intuitive, user-friendly, and very well structured, which helps our team work more efficiently across departments. The customer support is always fast, reliable, and helpful — it's clear that they truly care about their clients.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
While overall functionality is excellent, it would be great to see even more customization options in reporting tools to better suit individual property needs. Occasionally, some updates require a bit of time to fully implement across the system, but this is understandable with such comprehensive software.
