What do you like most?
Our Crave tablet allows us to have all the guest information in one place with the ability to update it quickly. Guests enjoy being able to reserve activities and room service directly from their rooms with a click of a button.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The tablets do not hold a charge for very long and sometimes it's reported their screens flash in the middle of the night (assume this is due to updates).
