What do you like most?
Coming from a PMS user, this system will definitely be beneficial for our check in process, inventory, group booking and guest satisfaction based off my Training as a Assistant Front Office Manager.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
More information on billing and reimbursements such as how many systems or websites are needed. Right now we use Pms and freedom pay. It will be lovely to do this in one system.
